About the Business
Treehouse Yoga is a charming yoga studio located in the heart of Old Town, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. Our mission is to provide a safe and healing space for individuals of all backgrounds and abilities. We offer daily classes in evidence-based yoga and meditation, focusing on the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Our experienced teachers have over 60 years of combined teaching experience and offer a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa and Ashtanga.
In addition to our regular classes, we also provide Yoga Teacher Training programs in partnership with Shanti Yoga Training School. Our studio is a place of support, creativity, and community, where students can connect with themselves and others in a welcoming environment. Many of our students have experienced positive transformations in their physical and mental well-being since joining our studio.
If you're interested in joining us for a class, please check our schedule for the most up-to-date information. Classes can be reserved in advance or attended on a drop-in basis. Our studio is only staffed during class times, so we recommend arriving 15 minutes early if you have any questions or would like to speak with our staff.
