"This company need to just go away. Its not just one location ALL locations are short staffed. Its pathetic also while a person is sitting in the office not helping his coworker when the wait is 40 mins plus and its only 2 customers."
"The branch retail manager is a nasty piece of work! After making my reservation through the local branch for a compact car a couple hours before pick-up this snarky woman was flipit, unprofessional, and unaccomdating. She not only didn't have the vehicle I reserved, but told me there was no inventory AND I'd have to wait upwards of 30 min for a minivan!! I've been a regular customer of Enterprise for decades and never had such a terrible experience. Although it may be a slight inconvenience just rent your vehicle from The airport or an entire different compant completely. Now she doesn't have inventory at all. Shaeneki a McEntee is the worst hire Enterprise has ever had."
"Terrible experience. Booked a specific suv and they said it was due for an oil change. Only offered a van instead. Had an suv but refused to upgrade to it because it was slightly more expensive. I as told three stories about the car I booked. These people are liers and terrible at keeping an accurate inventory"
"I’m grateful for the Customer Service and Professionalism Ms. Shanika (sp) and her staff offered…was not expecting that at all. It’s refreshing to see responsibility taken to correct or mitigate issues that shouldn’t be placed unto the customers."
"Reserved my rental at 11am over the phone. I was headed that way just pasted 11am went in to check make sure everything was good and confirmed. They stated come back at 430pm we will have you a ride. (They close at 5pm so I thought that would make sense) Come back nothing and haven't looked at other locations to locate a rental. Could have easily looked and called me sent me to another location for a rental, before any other location closed. So left without a rental and in a bind for tomorrow if can't get a rental before they close tomorrow. All this could have been easily managed if someone took the time to call another location and myself."
