"Chicken tenders overcooked and tiny. Fries cold, only two dipping sauce option(buffalo sauce and kfc sauce) out of lemonade and pepsi. Very disappointing. Quarter to show size"

"Visited this location An had a few issues With the manager on duty. She was rude towards me Once I pulled to the drive thru .my food wasn’t right , I told her about it an she kinda blew it off like it didn’t matter. So I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the shift manager, Her Name was Monique . You can’t treat customers or talk to customer anyway but nothing under professional we all have a job to do.. Professionally"
"If I could give negative stars to this place I would. The staff is poorly trained and have no etiquette or professionalism. The restaurant itself is not very clean( i.e. the floor was slick and slippery) The service was extremely slow. I waited almost forty minutes for 7 pieces of chicken, along with 3 more guests, as well as observed a person come in from the drive-thru twice because of an incorrect order. I love KFC and came with high hopes, but left disappointed and will be sure to never return to this location."
"I went there last Thursday & the service was great. I ordered the same thing I did yesterday.. a 8 piece meal.. there was a different manager evidently. My rolls were hard, didn't bother separating them, mash potatoes & corn was filled less that have way. No napkins or eating utensils. Really poor customer service. I WONT GO BACK AGAIN"
