"I bought a shoe and wore it for 30 minutes and realized this shoe didn’t for. Took it back and could not get another shoe… I am an Olympic athlete and I know what’s best for the safety and comfort of my feet. Jimmy jazz didn’t ask or care about what’s best for the customer. They simply told me they didn’t care and to call customer service and they would tell me the same thing. I will make sure that Jimmy jazz has no concern for the safety, comfort or satisfaction of its customers. I am adding photos and if anyone wants these shoes they can have them."
"I have been trying to get in touch with this store since Sunday December 26th and the phone line has been busy. My commute is more than 4 hours and I wanted to make sure that they have what I am looking for before I drive back to that location. It is utterly ridiculous that today is Tuesday and the phones are still not operable in this location. Clearly management is not on top of their job because I'm certain I am not the only person who has informed them of this issue and the grave convenience it is causing me and others!"
"I didn't know that they didn't give refunds only exchanges and store credit. I spent 170 on an addidas outfit and it didn't fit but it was pass the 14 days so I couldn't get a refund or store credit. I think they should make that known before someone makes a purchase."
"I ordered from this site over 4 months ago and never recieved by product nor my refund. After chasing a manager, i was told that I would get a full refund and i never recieved it. Called about it several times and was told to wait 4 to 6 weeks. Needless to say, producr nor refund was made"
