"Shut it down deserves no stars, but couldn't write a review without putting something. The box my sandwich came in was softer than the food itself. Most of the staff - clueless. But was charged 15.92. Took the sandwich back she said "oh well"."

"I used to love McDonald’s as a kid. The employees have always been average as far as attitude, but the new system y’all have going on is ridiculous. It’s supposed to be fast food, yet we have to pull over and wait 12 minutes and then by the time the food comes out because I had to pull over to a number spot and wait and then they’ll continue to forget things which causes an even longer wait isn’t very fast food. No one needed y’all to update your drive thru system nor were we worried about the wait time from the speaker to the second window. It’s not screaming in the convenience of the consumer and quite frankly it’s becoming annoying. Y’all might want to rethink that whole decision because it honestly makes me not want to come back. But yall do have Grade A customer service."

"They gave use old food. I ordered two triple cheese burgers and a mcchicken. The mcchicken meat was cold and hard like a rock, which means it's a day or more old! I worked at a McDonald's I know when something is old!!! The lettuce wasn't fresh it was definitely a day old and the mayo was gross. The triple cheese was disgusting and I love triple cheese. The meat wasn't at all hot and it was try and overcooked and a few days old or maybe hours old but the cheese never even melted but the meat was cold and disgusting. It was as if they took old meat from an old burger and put it on mine and added cheese and crusty buns. It's so cold the crispy outside of the chicken peeled away. I didn't go back to confront anyone because I don't want to cause problems. This is why mcdonalds has so many haters and terrible workers."

"DO NOT GET THEIR SODA OR ICE!! After my ice melted I saw this nasty snot-like stuff in my drink. Looks like they haven't cleaned their soda/ice machines in a while. Really upset cause we come to this location a lot so who knows how long we've been ingesting this stuff. Other than that the food is great- never had issues with it."
