"They lady hung up in my face and wouldn’t refund me for my food the rice was hard the meat was old and cold . Theyyyy have veryyyyy nastyyyyyy attitudes and shouldn’t even be operating a restaurant"
"Food is basic and expensive. Buffalo wings were bland, and the blue cheese was supposed to be .90 but my receipt showed they charged me $1.50. They need to season their food. And the location has some type of machine that's constantly whirring. You can feel it vibrating under your feet and it doesn't feel good. I went back a second time and the food was the same. It's okay, but just. I don't think they do substitutions either."
"If I could give them 0.5 I would!! The @Angry Rooster in Western plaza served me old ribs and I let the kitchen staff know that the ribs were old and he told me they will be ready in 20 minutes. I got a call back from the kitchen staff in 10 minutes letting me know that the ribs were ready and all I had gotten back was microwaved burnt ribs and the fries were microwaved and soggy as I don't know what. The manager or owner got upset and would not give me a refund or exchange my ribs and call me a b****, but I did get my refund after a while. #angryrooster Westland Plaza"
"We won’t be going back. Prices are too high and the food was bland. I got 5shrimp n 5wings combo. $3 extra for a drink. Say what???? The shrimp are tiny and not worth the price. No lemon pepper flavor at all. Fries were soggy. The chicken chimichanga didn’t have any flavor. On top on the food being nasty the workers were angry just like the name."
"The customer service and the food were amazing they makes sure you have everything you wants and explains what comes on your food but will let you know they can also fix it to your liking the food is worth every dollar you gets your worth will be back again real soon..."
