"I told the young gentleman that I wasn't very knowledgeable on my ordering and such and his help would be needed. It wasn't busy at that moment. I kept asking for input on a drink and he just asked me what size flavor yadda yadda.. i just ordered whatever and left. The drink was good. No complaints on that. But"
"I waited in line forever. I ordered a caramel granite, with an extra shot of espresso, and extra caramel. Tell me why they gave me my drink and it had chocolate poured all over it. So I give it back, and say this isn't what I ordered. And I asked for my caramel drizzle that goes on a caramel granita. Like, no where did I order freaking chocolate. She comes back to the window, and all they did was pour caramel over the chocolate syrup. Now its just an undrinkable, disgusting mess, and I can't get anybody to answer the phone. I had to go to work. I spent 45 minutes total just in the drive thru. This is insane."
