"My daughter and I came in for dinner. She and I ordered a chicken strip basket and a shake. It took over 20 mins and when we did get it the whole thing was wrong. Not one thing but her shake was the wrong size and not the shake she asked for and they didn't have her chicken strip meal. Two customers that came in after she and I got their food before us. I will NEVER be back at this location."

"The lady at the counter was nice but stayed in the back a lot. They didn't have change which wasn't a big deal but it's obvious that that was holding up customers. Finally she just gave me a full bill. Pretty obvious this place is poorly managed if it had a manager at all. Some lady said she had been waiting at least an hour and there wasn't really anyone dinning inside and most had their food already. I'll just say this no one in the back got in a hurry and it shows through wait times. I was there for 20 mins and got my food and my fries were luke warm and my burger was cold on top and soggy on bottom. The bread was tacky like they put it in the microwave and the meat was super dry. I was supposed to get a free shake but I didnt have time to wait any longer since I was on the road. Cmon DQ step up. This is ridiculous."
"Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes. They had asked me to pull forward while they finished our order of three four piece chicken strip baskets before I finally drove away. We had paid $30 for our food, but then staff wouldn’t even make eye contact with us after I walked back up the window and inside to check on the order status. Nobody should wait 45 minutes for chicken tenders. Took this as a $30 lesson."
