"Wanted to rate ZERO my wife hasnt had the car a year and most of that time it's been sat up. She's currently in a hospital bed being sick with COVID for a month and then losing our twins! Still IVE MADE THE PAYMENTS I called asking for them to switch it from Mondays to Fridays which is the day I get paid I get told NO Okay then we're in a scare thinking I'm going to lose my wife after just losing our kids THEY REPO IT. I already told them the car needs to be fixed . Did they pick it up then he'll no they waited until a Monday! "This is the first and last time I will ever purchase a vehicle from Byrider. I have only had this vehicle for 8 months and I’ve had it in the shop twice. If you’re going to sell a used vehicle to someone, how about you make sure everything actually works and is up to date. The staff in the shop also act like they barely know what they are doing."
