Pizza Hut

"I don't usually do reviews at all but it's ridiculous that it is so hard to get an order correct! Numerous times now I have asked for extra sauce and ended up with less sauce than it usually has on it. Why is this so difficult? Tonight it had extra cheese on it and barely any sauce. I could not even taste sauce at all and extra cheese costs extra... extra sauce literally costs nothing extra. So why mix it up? Is it that difficult? At this point I don't think I will be ordering anything for myself from there anymore. I know my kids will still want it and unfortunately will have to go back for them. Updating review on 2/5/24 from my last review 5 months ago. Still having same problems as 5 months ago. They do not put enough sauce on the pizzas. I order it with extra sauce and almost always end up having to have the pizza remade. Ordered over the weekend and I am attaching pictures. Barely any sauce, could not even taste it, barely any toppings on one and the other was overcooked as you can tell. Clearly obvious what the problems are but this time they refused to remake them... said that is all the sauce they could put on it. They were rude. Husband called a corporate phone number and was told he'd get a call back. Have not received call and this is not the first time. Absolutely unacceptable."

"Had a pizza a cheese bread the bread were supposed to be sticks they came in to chuncks pizza was cold delivered by doordash through pizza hut it was raining the driver honked and sat in car I opened my garage so the could come in out of the rain she sat there for some and finally opened her door and said I guess you are going to make me come out in the rain I didn't reply but if I wanted to go out in the rain I wouldn't payed 6.00 in delivery and 4.00 tip sat on hold for 20min with pizza hut no one ever got back on the phone I highly recommend frozen pizza made at home hot and fresh with no attitude and save 30.00 and that is still paying 10.00 for 2 frozen pizzas"

"The pizza wasn't cooked all the way through dough was soggy didn't get everything I ordered on it and 31 for a large pizza is just crazy will never eat here again"

"Most of the time my orders are fresh and hot at the time indicated it would be ready. The last visit however one pizza was fresh and hot. While the other pizza was barely warm and hard. Almost like it was made for a previous order."

"I wish I could upload video. They prepare the food WITHOUT gloves!!! I waited 45 minutes to have my money refunded and leave empty handed. I happily went to Little Caesar's where they had my order ready and FRESH in 6 minutes!! And their store was clean, unlike Pizza Hut! The floors in pizza hut (and the counters too) were sticky and filthy. I would NEVER recommend that anyone eat at this restaurant!!!!"
