McDonald's

"This was my first time at this McDonald’s. I ate inside at about 7am. No other customers were inside. I ordered 2 burritos and they were ready very quickly (maybe 2 minutes). They were made very well, stuffed full of eggs and lots of sausage and cheese. The dining area was very clean and the restrooms were reasonably clean (clean toilets, bits of toilet paper on floor)."

"It's usually not as busy on the inside as the drive thru. I love the managers and alot of the employees. They are really great people and they go the extra mile."

"12/4/23 around 5:47pm I ordered a $40 mobile order around 6pm. My order was messed up once again. Not the first time. Fries were cold and burgers and mcchickens were not made correctly. I called up and the lady answered she was nice and professional and told me to come back during the day tomorrow that she’ll tell someone in the morning and write my name down so I can get my order right and that she’s not rushing me due to me already being back home in houlka. I came back 12/5/23 around 1pm and was greeted with attitude and was given a hassle about getting my food correctly. The manager she was rude af and said she’ll call up the manager from last night I told her ok. Now I’ve been sitting here and still am over 30 min later. I called up the store again as I’m sitting there told them who I was and they proceeded to hand the phone to the rude manager once again who clearly was not going to come back outside and was going to just leave me sitting there. Not to mention all the workers were laughing as well. I don’t know what’s so funny. So rude and an embarrassment. Not to mention childish. Horrible service and people. Definitely not people I’d want working for me. But McDonald’s is so desperate they don’t care who they hire. From now on I’ll be going to the Houston location where my husband is manager. We just happened to be in Pontotoc. Won’t happen again that’s for sure. Not to mention being rude like that with my babies in the car. She’s lucky I didn’t jump through the window."

"Hands down the WORST experience I have ever had with this corporation. I waited for 20 mins because I had already paid for my order with the app. Not once did someone even come to the intercom to get my code from my mobile app. When I finally get ahold of someone after I left, to ask them to cancel my order so I could just go some where else, they thought it was funny and informed me that I just lost my money. This establishment can not handle being 24/7. I always come around 5 am and the wait is always at least 5 mins. But this time was 20 and no one came. When I drove around, i could see a long haired man inside just having the time of his life. It must be nice to get paid for not doing the bare minimum."

"Pontotoc McDonald’s is the worst. Never get orders right. Receipt clearly says no American cheese but what does this look like! Get some decent employees !!"
