"posted for my dad: If I could give no stars, I would. Recently visited this store and went to check out. Staff had to go grab the item I needed and I was told to wait in line for them to grab it. While waiting at the register a line began to form and the manger, Craig Holland, came out to tell me I had to move to the back of the line while they got my item. I would’ve argued with him had there not been a mother and her daughter behind me. Instead of him stepping up as a manger and checking me out while I waited for the item to be brought to me, he just brushed me off while he drank his coffee. As a manager you would think he would be able to do a simple transaction other than telling me to get in the back of the line that had been forming due to his employees taking forever. There is a clear lack of management training and from other reviews I can see this isn’t the first time there has been an issue. Sincerely, a former customer"
"This, has been the best Harbor Freight location I've visited. The staff is on point, and fairly knowledgeable. The prices are great, especially on black friday, I mean they had a welder on sale for $45 (pre-owned) but still, $45 for a functioning welder is an insanely low price."
