"Ordered hot wings. They were dry and lacked seasoning. I believe they were old also. The dirty rice bowl was not full. Only had a small amount. It didn't taste fresh."

"First time I've had to experience extreme rudeness. The young lady at the window at 630pm on Sept 2 was extremely rude. I'm still trying to figure out how a 6 piece ghost pepper wing meal at 5.99 and a 2 piece meal that i specifically asked for a breast and wing and received a thigh and wing and it cames out to $34 is beyond me. The Wings should just be called wings. The pepper was definitely a ghost. The biscuits were like bricks. Worst service and food. Popeyes, y'all need to find better employees."
"The nastiest restaurant I have ever been in. The floors were filthy. We waited 30 minutes and still did not get our food. There was water dripping from the ceiling tiles and food in the floor. No gloves were worn. Asked for a refund and the clerk didn't speak a word, just glared at me as if I had done something wrong and never said a word. That took 10 minutes to get a refund. Worst customer service ever!!! Oh and the bathrooms gross!"
