"My doodle was small only 30lbs and well behaved non aggressive. I asked for a basic cut nothing special like teddy bear style or anything specific like that just a bath and cut. I paid $130. Their prices are inflated compared to their competitors I would not recommend. They justify and exaggerate the bathing and cutting experience as to why it’s more expensive “he had a couple mattes” and “he was really dirty I don’t know what he got into”…clippers cut mattes right off I wasn’t asking for the hair to be de matted. Be prepared for their subjective opinion of your dogs condition and the increase in price they will give you. They took me as a walk in which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 2."

"I usually take my dog here and have been happy with the service I drive from Salem. However this time around I was not happy with the service. I dropped off my dog at 10:20am and called to pick up at 4:30pm. I’m not sure who the groomer was this time but my dogs haircut was way uneven. My brothers had to ask to fix a few parts. Later on I discovered he had 2 wounds that they did not notify me about. I think they just overbooked too many dogs for the amount of people they have. Charged me $70 for a job not done well. The last few times they did an excellent job but this time I was disappointed specially with my dog being hurt and not notified about it. I don’t think I will be going back after this."

"Wonderful place to get a full groom or just a nail trim. Clean facility and very friendly staff. My dog has anxiety and normally sounds like she's being severely hurt well getting her nails trimmed but not at this place. She loves it and they are so good to her!!! I love that you can book online too."

"Hard working people here, they have a nice lounge to wait in and convenient location right downtown. They use hypoallergenic shampoo and take good care of pets. They are very understanding and knowledgeable. They have a window to the nice eatery next door too so you can check when your pets grooming is done…"
