"After moving a couple times in two years we really struggled to find a new groomer. We bounced around Oregon City, Lake Oswego, Happy Valley, etc and had some bad experiences (horrible hair cuts, poor communication, a bloody/cut ear, etc…after those incidents we were anxious about where we were taking our pup and who she with ESPECIALLY since she been getting groomed monthly since she was six months old and we’ve heard nothing but praise re: her behavior from vets, dog sitters, groomers, doggy day care, etc. Annie’s is such a breath of fresh air & relief. "Great customer service!! We usually drop our boy off & they send us with a text when they are close to being done so we can pick him up!! Usually never takes longer then a hour for our boy! Washed, nails, hair de-shed!! Highly recommend Annie’s for your grooming needs!!"

They know they have to have a dreaded bath but they are still more excited about seeing her than upset about the idea of the bath. The youngest one gets jealous when Annie’s grooming the older one and tries to jump up and get groomed instead. She does an AMAZING job with my girls."

"My senior black lab gets VERY stressed Hobby to the groomer or vet. I took him in for a nail trim first to meet the groomers and let him see/smell the shop. They loved on him so much, were very professional and had him in and out quickly so he could go get his pup cup. Made an appointment for several weeks after for a full grooming. Again, very well done, quick, professional, and they loved on my boy again. We are definitely coming back."
