"This beach is on the backside or northern of the Cape Kiwanda sand dunes. Family friendly and has parking area if you don't want to drive your vehicle down to the beach. No restrooms on the beach."

"Beautiful and peaceful beach to walk or drive on. A huge dune to climb that leads to other dunes and breath taking views. My only concern is the enormous amount of dead crabs. Even found a sting ray."

"Beautiful wide open Beach, that you can drive down to easily with a 4x4 or higher clearance vehicle. Cold and windy! I can only imagine how amazing this place is on a sunny day."

"We absolutely love this beach. You can drive in a huge section of the beach and as always, recommend 4x4 because there are areas of soft dune sand. There are at least two points on access and we prefer to drive to the northern access point rather than the signed area off the road. Easier to navigate. While the tide pools aren't as awesome as on the other side of Cape Kiwanda, you can traverse a rocky area to get a really beautiful look at where the sandstone meets the sea."
