"It’s sad that a small business would discourage customers from coming in by treating them rudely and asking that they leave if they have no plans to buy anything. I have walked into businesses many times to take a look, maybe not making a purchase that day, but may come back later to buy something. Business owners need to know that rude customer service spreads quickly. It’s really sad that you treat people this way."
"My dad is an older guy who likes to walk through and look at all the plants. He said when he was there recently the owner lady told him “if you’re not going to buy anything then don’t come back.” She made him feel sad and gave him the feeling of being discriminated against. It was very disturbing to hear."
