"BEWARE!!! I would never NEVER recommend this place. My husband took my coats there to have them cleaned. They charged him for leather cleaning on two faux leather jackets without looking at the tags to ensure they were indeed leather. They completely destroyed one of my faux leather jackets due to this error. When I went to go pick up the coats they tried to blame us for not letting them know one of the jackets was not real leather. Why would you not check the tags before treating the items!? They were lucky they didn’t ruin both jackets! I showed them the second jacket was also faux leather and they were shocked that it wasn’t real leather. I literally had to show them the tag! My family owned a dry cleaning and laundry service - the first rule is to check the care label. Completely unacceptable."

"Unfortunately, I think people should know that this is not the place to come for alterations. This place might be fine for dry cleaning, but they cannot sew. I just asked them to shorten the length of my pants - which I think is the very basic sort of alteration - and the sewing was horrendous. It is all squiggly and uneven, which you can totally see from the outside, and it's all bunched up at the edges where the seams are. I wanted to give them a second chance so I went back, explained the issues to them, and asked them to redo it, but they either didn't see a problem or they just don't care. I can't imagine what the result would look like if they had to do anything slightly complicated."
