"Glassmasters started cleaning our windows about five months ago and at first the employee was courteous and did a great job. Last month we had some new guy clean the windows and we received a 'how did we do' email and I sent them photos of the work and let them know I had to clean the windows that the cleaner 'cleaned'. No response. The employee showed up today, did the job (external window cleaning) and then came into the lobby and proceeded to open a gate that has an "employees only please" sign at eye level (we are a dog daycare) and he proceeded to walk down the hall past a room full of dogs who started barking and when he was stopped by a staff member, he said "I just need a name". Dirty windows after a cleaning job is one thing.....but jeopardizing the safety of himself, my dogs and my staff is another."

Never having used a service like this I called a local company who referred me to Glassmasters NW. The initial contact with Danielle was a 'no pressure' conversation. She explained everything they did and offered prices from basic to the full meal deal as well as a very convenient scheduling day and time. The day of our cleaning the window washer Zack called to say he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very meticulous in his routien of cleaning the windows, screens and tracks.
