"Firstly, the ladies that were scheduled to clean my house where more than an hour and a half late. Second, they didn’t speak any English, and were unable to communicate. Lastly, they were scheduled for a deep clean, but did not clean the walls, baseboards or on top of the cabinets. And on final note, everything they moved to clean they did not put back."
