"Owner responded quickly to our request to have our carpets cleaned, plus an area rug. After calling them,, they were here two days later ready to work. Father and son team were very professional and also shared what they were doing each step along the way. I actually learned more about carpets than I ever had known before. I presented him with the challenge of a very light colored carpet that had stains from having the sticky tape over it. He was honest and said that he couldn’t guarantee me that the carpet would come out perfectly but explained all that he was going to try. The price was very fair and ... the carpet came out very clean! I am so pleased and i will be calling McAllister’s in for regular maintenance of my beautiful light cream colored carpet!
