"I've used them three times now and I really appreciate that they use non-toxic products to clean the carpets and really do a good job o pre-treating and helping pick up some stains that the kids put on the carpet. This last time they came they only had one slot open and were booked solid. They fit me in super early in the am but hey they still FIT ME IN! I was very happy.
