"I have contacted the office 4 times over the past 2 months, to set up a time for them to come and provide services they quoted us; I have been repeatedly advised Josh would get back with us, he has not. Poor follow up! Go with another business. Update: I received a same-day response (on my review here) by posting a review yet NEVER a response by calling and requesting to schedule a time. I didn't realize that by my calling to schedule an appointment for said work to be completed, be it months out or not, that an alternate person would allegedly be "called" (which my husband was not contacted as the owner response states). Do I have the wrong chromosomes to be able to make decisions for scheduling an appointment for area beautification (that's military speak for yardwork and all the items we were quoted on) or deserve a call back when I call to schedule (yes, it was 4 times)? I guess I incorrectly presumed scheduling an appointment for however many months in the future meant planning a date in the future to have something done and the person(s) completing said work would block out that time for that work on that date. I will do better about defining the term "scheduling." Also, our fencing issue didn't occur until 13JUN22 so I'm not sure where the 07JUN22 timeline came from. Great job saving yourselves from earning few extra thousand dollars work and continued income though!"

"It wasn't good! We set up a day and time to have Josh come out to give us an estimate to completely do our backyard. He called to tell my husband he was running 10 min late. A half hour later he still hadn't showed so I called the office. The lady said she'd text him to see what was going on. We never heard back. I called the office about 4:30 that night...they close at 5pm...the answering machine came on with a man's voice saying they weren't available to leave a mssg. I left a mssg wondering what went wrong with our appt. Never heard back. Called the next day...got the same recording! I don't play games! I was done! I hope no one does business with them cuz they evidently don't appreciate potential customers!!!"

"These guys will come out to your appointment on time, but if you look poor, they’ll never call you back. Had an assessment with a guy about the work we needed done. It was going to be a lot of work, and a lot of money (I would imagine). They probably took a look around the property and decided that there was no way we could afford it, so it was just a waste of time for them? The guy said he would call us in the next week. I waited two weeks then called. They took a message for the guy and he still never called us back. I recommend flashing them a wad of cash if you really want any work done. Seriously, take my money!!!"
