"The healthcare professionals are compassionate, knowledgeable, and provide thorough evaluations, diagnosis and treatment. Techs and admissions staff are efficient and personable. Everyone was very caring. Thank you NP Brooke and RN Shane and imaging- guys- Xray & CT (sorry I can't recall both your names )"

"Horrible care in the ER as well as by doctors working in other areas of the hospital. They treat chronically ill patients as drug seekers. On multiple occasions I had ER doctors not disclose to me what my testing results were. I found out later on my own when I read the blood tests and imaging results once they were posted on Mychart. I’ve been misdiagnosed by this hospital on multiple occasions as well as denied pain relief when I had documented proof that I suffer from multiple complex medical diagnosis that cause significant pain. ER doctors don’t want to treat you as an individual here. They don’t care about your suffering and they are negligent. Anyone who has a bad experience with a doctor or medical staff member here should report it to the state."

"This is Monday night 930 pm 11/27/23. Walk in to ask the front desk about picking up my wife. I waited at the window for 20 minutes while some guy just sat there staring at me... Finally a lady came and said can I help u. Yes I am here to pick up my wife . She replies what relationship are u too her. So I replied for the Second time I am her husband.. She then said her husband.. yes now I am thinking she had too much coffee. At this point she finally said room 6 kinda rude look at me and replied about 5 more times room.6 room 6 I quickly walked away saying I heard u the first time very strange lady she needs to change jobs with the janitor. Or work for Walmart .."

"*worst hospital experience of our lives* My wife and I spent 10 hours in emergency, and was never “admitted”. Cared for in the hallways and had to advocate for her care every step of the way - they felt she was being difficult because she wanted an IV/Meds through IV - due to nausea. She was unable to get a room while some patients were laughing and eating take out waiting to be discharged for hours. Furthermore - a doctor got into a fight with administrators saying it wasn’t even safe to be taking care of the amount of patients he was caring for, that someone could die. Please use this as caution, I would make the drive somewhere else if you value your life and have a real emergency. Final thing: this is a very small (and dirty) hospital. It does not have space for 6 family members to come with a single patient. People were fighting each other for chair space. Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had in a hospital and will make the drive to nicer and safer hospitals."
