"I won't be back due to very Curt and impersonal attention to possible tax deductions. But I was in a hurry, so that's my own fault. This was my first time back here.in many years and previously manager Donna was very personable and friendly. That era has come and gone. I actually had some papers tossed back at me during the initial appointment. Very rude. I believe there were deductions for donations that could have reduced my taxes, but that was disregarded as trivial. If you don't come with a plan you you should not expect extra. Fees for a simple return were also quite expensive. Next time someone else."
