"We went to Kathy in February to have an amendment done for 2021. After a year of the state and federal not receiving my amendment I started to email and ask question about what date my amendment got filed on and if I could get a receipt or something that showed the file date. She was unable to provide me with that and just kept telling me she would have to look into it. Month go by and she won’t respond to my emails unless I spam her with several asking the same thing. A month or 2 after I started speaking to her about my amendment the state finally gets my efiled amendment. I don’t think it takes over a year for them to receive them. I’m assuming she didn’t file them until I started bugging her about them. She was very unprofessional with her email response time and unwillingness to actually answer my questions."
