"I have no idea why people leave good reviews. Some of the worst costumer service I’ve ever had. I walk in and the front lady person says “do you need something. Then was so rude saying i can leave them or make an appointment. I said ok i will go somewhere else. Repeated that i could make an appointment 2 more times with me declining, almost out the door when a lady piped up and said I am free in 10 minutes if you want to wait. Not even a minute later she calls me back and does my taxes. She then tells me it’s going to be $500+ When there is a huge sign that says pay no less than 179 on the building. I said that and she said oh yes that’s one of the discounts. And then proceeds to tell me it’s 258. I said i was going to go somewhere else because everything was just shady and that was more than what they advertised. She said ok but i can only keep the information until tomorrow so if you don’t call tomorrow i can’t file for you. I called to tell her to just file because i wasn’t trying to waste another hour going somewhere else and she wasn’t even scheduled to work for 3 days.. she called me back when she came back to work and was like “ya i can hold it as long as you need you just have to come in to sign”. The whole thing was so pushy and rude. Terrible experience. Will not be going back."
