"Here is why I will never use them again. 1. They failed to warn me of the additional $5549 for Preschool for All and Metro Supportive Housing last April. Had they informed me I would have paid it then. Now I am hit with not only that surprise amount a month ago, but just now, to add insult to injury, penalties and interest of $446.11. 2. They told me I could get reimbursed from my FSA for my out of pocket dental insurance premium. That turned out to be not at all true. As a result I was stuck with a $900 surplus on my use it or lose it account. I sent them an email saying this three months ago and received no response."

"Be careful working with this company. They charged me about $5500 to do taxes for my simple independent company. For bookkeeping I was being charged $100/hr and they were taking several hours to do my simple books each month. On top of all that, my books and taxes were completely off. I spent a lot of time stressing about this trying to get it corrected. Meanwhile I got late fees for late tax payment and was getting charged by Rick Hug $100/hr everytime I call to inform him of the errors in the bookeeping and taxes. Jason Carona specifically is not someone you what to work at that company, he is not competent. Who know how many several thousands of dollars I was overcharged from work that had to be redone because of errors."
