"I can't find the words to express my gratitude and appreciation for this tax consultant Lana Taskaeva. This is the second time I have been going to this location when it is time to have my taxes prepared and done. My experience has been more than I can express kindly.. She has made my experience without a doubt at ease and peace of mind. I have been so blessed to know that even in her day off she showed up and in a perfect time as well. She remembered me and I felt very valued by her by her sincere efforts and conversation we had for the second year. Her awesome personality and professionalism has been an examplary representante for Jackson Hewitt. I believe that she is a valuable asset to this company and also deserves a promotion or even more. I will certainly highly recommend anyone who is need of a tax consultant. I feel kinda bad because I probably was talking her ear out on our conversations while she was preparing my taxes. I know that she was listening and was multitasking knowing that I was probably interrupting her a couple of times. I truly felt comfortable with her and I believe we have a great professional relationship. Again I am so thankful for her service and experiences. "This year2023 filling with Jackson Hewitt was not the best. Very upset I was unable to get the advance this year! I don’t understand why I was approved every other year :( As for my tax person “Nancy on 117th in Beaverton oregon” she is always wonderful. Maybe I might be back next year!!!!"

"I am giving a 5 star review ONLY because of my experience with Svetlana (aka Lana). If I had to rate the location I would have given it 1 star. I have used Lana's services for over 12 years and highly recommend her if you have any tax needs (simple or complicated). She is very professional, highly qualified, helpful, pleasant to work with, and efficient! I like her so much I followed her here from another company, however I do not like the location at all. The outside was dirty and didn't feel it to be very safe. There were bums sitting/laying on the ground, along with dirt and debris in various places as well. The actual inside of the office was clean thankfully. The office is tucked away in a corner area (out of site from the parking area) and we had trouble locating it. Another deterrent was I could also smell pot smoke outside, when I left, which wafted in if the door was opened. I would prefer if this Jackson Hewitt office could be moved to a different location."
