"A Singer sewing machine was given to my wife from family. It hadn’t been operated in many years, and I decided to take it over to Bob’s to ask him take a look at it and give it a tuneup. First off, Bob is an extremely personable guy, coupled with incredible knowledge of the workings of machines. He took one look at my machine and said “oh, this is the same model of machine my wife learned to sew on”. I told him the story, my wife had mentioned that she wished the sewing machine was working. To surprise her, I called up Bob’s and dropped it off. A week or so later I came back and it was all cleaned up like new. He then offered me a tutorial on how to operate the machine being threaded and all of its functions. I took a video of him showing me so that now I can have Bob ‘show’ her. Thanks Bob, you know I’ll call you if I ever need anything to do with our machine."
