"They may be respectful of their customer's property, but in my case they were very disrespectful us on the property adjacent to the property they were building a road on. They built an unpermitted road within 50 ft of our property line - and within 200 ft of the back of our house. I'm surprised a company with this reputation would risk that without some sort of notification of the neighbor. We are in rural unincorporated Banks, but the zoning rules are very clear on this matter. Neither they or the property owners made any attempt to notify us of their plans, and started excavating at 6 AM on the first day. After we called their office the equipment turned off - without acknowledging the large fleet project occurring within a stones throw of our backyard. After that the crew and especially the foreman were outwardly rude, parking their cars and excavators on our property line despite having over 4 acres of space to park their fleet vehicles on. They continually gathered by those vehicles and rudely stared into our property throughout the 4 day experience. When we started filming the 4 day loud ongoing road build (nearly 1/4 mile in length) - the foreman started a staring game with anyone watching Treating neighbors of a customer this way - doing their own business on their own property - is not professional behavior for any industry in my book. I'm sure they are good at what they do - but in my experience they did not live up to the "family friendly" or "professional" reputation they push on their website and advertisements. They were rude, unprofessional and pushing the line of being downright disrespectful and confrontational. I'm sure if you're their paying customer, they change their tune real quick. The are different things for different people."
