"I joined a friend during her workouts with Ryan not knowing what I was in for. I quickly knew it was going to be great. Super challenging, but great. He’s so knowledgeable and encouraging. We laugh our way through most of our workouts which definitely makes them more fun! Ryan pushes up harder than anyone ever has, and it’s been awesome to see what we are actually capable of and have someone cheering us on along the way."

I’m so glad she recommended TTP Fitness. I trained with Liam Shaw (hi, Liam!) and he was terrific. Liam took the time to ask about my goals, discuss my eating habits and the body scans were fascinating. He took the time to understand my goals and lifestyle, and built out a plan for nutrition that was a change from my routine, but helped take steps to get on the right track.
