"GAP’s website looked good, but when I phoned to arrange tax preparations for my local Cottage Grove businesses, they informed me they’re not taking new clients except “by referral only.” That’s their right, but exclusion presets are a lame way to do business and earns only 1 Star. Maybe AI assisted Turbo Tax is the self service solution soon to come."

No notice, no referral to another accountant, unless you consider H&R Block a viable alternative. Tax Service Plus was great to work with, Gap sucks. I guess I am not the “right kind of client” for this company, maybe if I paid more money every year I would be, or maybe this is just the way business is in Cottage Grove now. Not the way I remember.
