"They have a weird policy where they don't want you to observe classes, even for kids as young as 3. Several of my child's classmates are still in diapers and parents are told that they are required to be completely outside the building during classes. There is no ability to monitor behavior (of adults or kids!), music, quality of instruction, or safety, outside of 6 "parent observation" classes per year. These kids are way too young for a policy like this in my opinion, and I'm skeptical that the observation classes would be a good representation of how things go most of the time. Edit: They began locking the door to the studio (locking parents out, not locking kids in). I was never given the introduction to the facility or teachers that I was promised at sign-up, and locking parents physically out made me really uncomfortable. They ask for a lot of trust (with toddlers!) that they simply haven't earned. I have withdrawn my son from his class."
