"My Sterling Silver rope with Cross pendent that I have worn daily since Jr high decided to give me some problems with its clasp. I drove around to several stores that sell jewelry but have no idea how to fix, clean, or handle what they sell. No one had a single clasp or the ability to apply it in the first place. Just The Jeweler not only replaced the clasp with No problems, excuses, or long wait time. (They don't have to send your cherished pieces to a "lab" "shop" or "specialist". He Is The Lab Shop Specialist!!) He noticed my Cross was hanging on the chain/rope by just a thread of metal due to years (ok fine, decades!) of wear. So he added to my Cross and changed out the jump ring. I would've been so depressed if I lost My Cross pendant. I now have Decades more use in store. I got twice the amount of things fixed for half the cost of a Brand new Rope which would have only fixed half my troubles!! I would recommend coming into his store to view all the great High End and more Affordable one of a kind pieces. It is refreshing to know that I still have a "Professional Jeweler" I can call on for cleaning, repair, or some move out of the Doghouse apparel."

"Yes! I searched the local area for a jeweler to remove my three rings, due to the swelling of my hand the rings were impossible to take off. This shop is clean and business-like. The jeweler knew his craft and went about cutting the rings with the correct tool and was done quickly with no discomfort. You can see his adjoining workshop and I will return for any jewelry related needs I may have. I wasn’t in the market today but they have a beautiful and diverse display of estate jewelry that anyone who enjoys quality would absolutely love! Definitely recommend!"

"This man insisted on my giving him both of my diamond earrings, when only one needed repair. We argued over that for some time....and when I showed him that I already had a replacement part for the white gold leverback, he stated that it was impossible to use that, and his work would cost $175.00!!! I drove to Eureka and they happily took the single earring, and soldered the new white gold leverback to my satisfaction for $40. Then on a different repair for a pendant, he attached the bail BACKWARDS. If you value your time, money, and jewelry, don't go to "Just The Jeweler"."

"I very seldom post reviews being a business owner myself for over 30 years and I try to shop locally whenever possible but I was really set back by the the experience I encountered a Just The Jewerler. I purchased a necklace for my wife there a couple of days before Valentines Day for $235 which I was told that had a 18" chain and asked if that was ok. No knowing if my wife would be ok with that size chain I asked if it were not could I exchange it for a larger one and pay the difference and was told that would be fine. Well my wife loved the necklace but wanted a 20" chain instead. So the next day Just The Jeweler was open I went to exchange the chain for a longer one. After about 5 minutes of them looking on the computer he comes back and tells me the new 2 inch longer chain would be $569 but would give me $115 off for the exchange. Wow, he wanter me to pay him an additional $454 !! When I asked about exchanging it with another simular necklace chain on another necklace that was the size we wanted, I was told that would $400 or and additional $285 with my exchange. This business wont last long in this small town. They'll run out of one time customers eventually. Now have found out that the necklace was actually a used piece of jewelry, which I was never informed of at niether the purchase time or when I return to get a longer chain. Beware of these scam artist !!!"
