"Going over the bill, my husband discovered they charged us for a whole roll of electrical wire but took the substantial leftovers with them. They made it right when we pointed that out."
"We called to get on the schedule for some minor repairs and they said that they would be able to do the work, but it'd be a few weeks before they could get out to our house. After a few weeks had passed, I called to check on the status and was told that we were scheduled for that week, but they weren't sure which day it would be because their scheduling person was out. They said to call back the next day. After calling back again, I learned that they were dropping all of the residential jobs that they had already scheduled because they were taking a big contract with ODOT. They did not fulfill the work that they had said they would do for a job that likely paid a little more money. Pretty low!"
"They were wonderful! They were a super nice and updated all of our outlets on the day of inquiry. They even vacuumed up any bits that needed to be cleaned before they left. Something I have never had with any type of maintenance crew member! Thank you so much for being respectful to my house! They also explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand what was happening. 100% recommend!"
