"Dean said how much better he was than other CPAs including the CPA I was with, after changing a lot in fees making many mistakes getting shuffled around to his different employees, which were new to working for him I was charged for all of it including his mistakes including filling wrong type of tax returns said he would give a large credit off the bill which he did not honor. Instead he sent a letter terminating relationship. He is very difficult to get ahold of as well as getting return call. When he finally did call back, he hung up on me and told me to do whatever I wanted so here is your review!"

"Failure to respond to questions after payment made and majority of work completed for them; and unable to even keep year of decedent’s date of death accurate. Do not recommend this firm whatsoever. If you want glaring mistakes made on your tax return, this is the firm to retain. Then when called out on their mistakes, they will simply ignore you."

"I would best describe this as a scam. They absolutely refused to tell me how much their services would cost and by the time I received a bill it was an outrageous amount. They offer a real service of tax accounting, they just also rip you off. I tried asking repeatedly about cost and could not get any sort of answer. I would have happily accepted being told I would be billed hourly and the hourly rate, but even that was not provided. my new CPA charges me 1/6 of what they charged me. I highly recommend going anywhere but here for your tax services."
