"Have been with these people for well over 20 years and have witnessed a drastic decline in service and will be taking my business elsewhere. Last two dealing (only two in last few years) have been nightmares - had funds from an account sent to the wrong bank account (not mine) and they refused to be accountable for their mistake and cover the funds (resulting transaction was delayed over three weeks as a result). Most recent transaction was simply to close and liquidate one account - they don't return calls, they sent in incomplete forms (to TCG and I was contacted by TCG) no follow-up and still no funds. I have requested paperwork to close remaining accounts on two separate occasions and have not heard back or received the paperwork. I have accounts with two other firms and it's amazing the difference."
