"DO NOT USE HER SERVICE. Mary is not professional at all. She does not complete work in a timely fashion which resulted in several penalty fees and interest payments and when we call her to find out why she does not respond to calls, emails or text messages. Mary was over 9 months late with filling our taxes and did not notify us that there were not filed until we uncovered that on our own. Even worse, I referred her to a colleague of mine and she requested payment up front for filing her taxes, later to find out that they were never filed and she stop responding to calls and emails and refused to refund her payment. I REPEAT DO NOT USE HER!!"
