He is happy to help, happy to answer questions, and even though I don't know him well I'd say he's trustworthy. We had cash and things lying around but everything is in its place! Just a heads up, his quote doesn't include pulling the windows out and getting the extra extra dirt buildup out. He definitely gets all he can with leaving the windows in. If you want the windows pulled out I'm sure you can just ask for that and he'd be happy to do it for a little more time and pay. Thanks for your service Michael!"
