Aaron and Ben have a wealth of knowledge and will answer every question you might have, while simultaneously giving you a great workout and teaching you self reliance. My children all train here as well (I have three, 12,10, and 3) and they love it here! My youngest goes to the little Ninjas class and has an absolute blast and he sleeps so well after training! "I started taking my 5 year old son and his friend to the kids classes. Aaron, Ben and Monica are really great with the kids. Since it's a new gym all the kids are together (instead of classes by age range) so most of the kids I would guess are 8-12 years old but they're really helpful and nice to my boys. I also started taking classes and I am really enjoying it. The teachers are very knowledgeable and patient and the other students are very friendly and always willing to help out."
