"Was visiting from the Bay Area and decided to do a 2hr long private lesson with Coach Adam Fox. We rolled a lot and spent time focusing on my weak areas which were guard passing from the top. I really enjoyed how Adam mixed in a good amount of situational rolling throughout so that we weren’t endlessly drilling a bunch of techniques but could instead apply them in different circumstances. I’ll definitely be training here every time I’m in Oregon."

Incorporating games into class to teach skills and moves that all tie into each other is the best. I’m always excited to go in and learn more. The environment coach Dan & Adam have created is amazing. Being able to learn a new skill along side beginners and the more advanced is great. "Coach Adam’s teaching style of explaining the concept and building on top of it throughout the class, with a bunch of positional training between each concept taught, has really helped me learn, understand and get to try moves in a more realistic way! Coach Adam also makes sure he watches everyone do the moves and corrects/helps them fine tune it! I love this gym and would encourage people, and especially people who want to compete, to try it!"
