"The coaches aren't all that great and seem to be very emotionally immature. There are too many people to each coach. Tonight I heard one coach screaming at a flyer at random while she was in a stunt, and having been a flyer... the stuff he was screaming at her wasn't constructive or helpful at all. It was alarming every time he did it and I can tell by the stuff he said, he's never flown. The guy with long hair had actual constructive feedback that seemed to help the girls. I also think it's really weird that all of the instructors are men... yet the teams are 100% girls. I think they could find some talented girls to hire who would be more emotionally mature. You can't intimidate someone into being better, they need tangible feedback like tighten here, make sure your foot stays under you etc. This gym I had heard wasn't great, after pulling our girls from ODT, and now I see the rumors were true. I guess it's cheaper for a reason. Not worth it. I plan to pull our girls."
