"Hands-down, the best Yoga classes I've ever taken. The instructors are all very welcoming and knowledgeable - classes are suitable to all levels of practice. They do some special workshops that are tailored to the specific needs of female bodies. But they also host a wide array of other classes that are suitable for all bodies. Their space is very comfortable and accepting of everyone, and I don't know that I can recommend them enough. Absolutely wonderful experiences with them!"
