"Called Livermore, CA OE Credit Union to conduct business. At the end of the call the representative kept asking for my Phone # so they can call about my account. I said no, mail me. The person got angered when I again said no. Now I am getting calls from the Gladstone branch that goes to voice mail. STOP calling me, I am not interested. If it is important mail me the paperwork. I WILL NOT TALK TO ANYONE WHO CALLS ME SAYING THEY ARE A BANK AND WANT TO TALK TO ME ABOUT MY BANK ACCOUNT. No Credit Card, No Home Loan, No Car Loan, No Personal Loan, No RV Loan, No Car Loan,... My answer will always be NO NO NO. In response to, "RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER". You ask me to send my bank Member/Account number using unsecured email that is easily hacked. That request is a first for this semi retired man. OE Credit Union asked me to contact OE by unsecured email using my personal banking information and for me to request OE mail me instead of OE calling. Read my review, I did request twice (by phone) for OE to contact me by mailed, Any calls that a person says is from my bank. I will not talk to them on the phone, (I consider those calls scams). Your OE representative became angry when I said to mail me only and then the OE representative hung up on me. So to save time, I blocked your phone number. Why would any person email unsecured personal banking information for you or a hacker to abuse with spam or identity theft, request denied."

"It's a good bank, but we don't have one in Washington state and you can never get people on the phone to make over the phone card payments. I was trying to make a large payment and it's not something I could do at the ATM in wa and I tried calling multiple times and waited and waited for call back and nothing. Now I have a late fee"

"Not a credit union. No ATM. On the Co-op site it's listed. Wasted money on Lyft here."
