"My husband has severe abandonment issues. His only request was that the therapist be consistent. About 5 weeks later and almost $700 spent, he GHOSTED my husband with absolutely no explanation! We both called, I left several messages (none were returned), spoke with the woman that answers the phone and she never got back with us either! What a waste of time and money! We are low income, but made sacrifices hoping for help. My husband's experience while in therapy was just OK. I can't speak on that, he will have to write his own review, and will."

"0 stars. 0 help. This establishment is a waste of time. Richard Seigler. My experience is this, I DON'T NEGOTIATE WITH THERAPISTS and then being constantly interrogated by this Therapist while I am the victim witin my marriage. Mr. Seigler was very well aware that I was a victim of domestic abuse within my marriage, my ex wife had me falsey arrested. My attorney contacted Mr Seigler as he was aware of the abuse and had knowledge of my injuries as he was shown photos during therapy. This man told my attorney "Im not going to help your client, later on I bumped into him and he said " i cant help you, your spouse is my actual client". However the times we went I'm the one paying and he was well aware of the lies my ex told the police. I expected the Dr. To the right thing but he didnt. Words of advice. MARRIAGE is not for everyone, f you are going through rough times in your marriage,theres no fixing. course, go to a divorce attorney and go somewhere else."

"First thing I was pleased with was how quickly my family and I were accepted and seen. We are blessed to be counseled by Richard Seigler who always responds when we need him, and the office is warm and inviting like sitting in our home living room. They have really helped our family dynamic. Connected us with all the resources needed and we never felt judged which is very important to me. If you’re looking for help from good people don’t hesitate to call them. We have never had a problem with communication, or call backs. I've even seen people walk-in and try to demand immediate services and they were always polite to them. (They are just like any other office, you can't just call, or show up and expect that they are available. However you’ll be pleasantly surprised how they will do their best to get you in quickly.) "Richard Seigler as booked as he, surprisingly made it super easy to book with him. He answered all my questions making me super comfortable, and confident choosing him. He is very professional, caring, and highly competent. He is extremely conscientious about maintaining client confidentiality, and works hard with his clients to tailor therapy to the specific needs/challenges that the individual is facing. I have found him to be so extremely helpful in dealing with my specific private issues, and other challenges. His office is super calming, and makes me feel safe at home.
