"Wells Fargo has single handedly destroyed my credit! SO WISH I HAD NOT PUT MY BUSINESS IN THE HANDS OF THIS BANK!! They charge double the fees!! They report twice on negative divets to your credit! They charge a late fee and a cash advance fee! I don’t trust this COMPANY!!"

"WORST wells fargo ! Manager is to busy playing parking lot cop! I'm sorry if it bothers you so much that I park in your empty parking lot. My family has multiple small buisness & we all bank here because we are so close! & I do deposits daily. She was so rude & made up lies that she couldn't give answers too. But go ahead and tow a customers car if that's going to make you feel better! I now understand the low rating!"

"Drove 2 hours to be told no by on-site advocate. Just needed printout on my IRA. Told to call 800 # only to be hung up on twice. This was the worse experience I have ever had at a bank. I will never do business at Wells ever again. It was obvious they do not want mine. I feel sorry for employees that work there. They need complete change of management. And that will happen when they run off enough business. SAD"

"Kathleen is the best!!! So is the manager at this location. Kathleen was eager to help me out with my account, and how to get a replacement card. Also if your having trouble at the door( Theres an older woman with wavey short hair thats not very helpful ask to speak with the manager, and she’ll help you out) Best Wells Fargo location I’ve ever been to!!"

"We were on vacation and needed to find someone who could notarize some documents, the staff were kind and directed me to Cathleen. She is and AMAZING person who saved us! She took the time to calm me down and helped me when I had no access to a printer, notary, and had to get documents to UPS, and overnight the documents to save a land property offer we were working on for over a month. She got me the papers and then walked out to meet my wife and family after, and then gave me turn by turn instructions to the UPS drop off which I never would have found because cellular service wasn't that great. We arrived with only 10 minutes to spare before the driver would take the last pickup for the day and we would have lost $2000 on the deal and our future retirement property. She truly was an answer to our prayers as we frantically traveled throughout Bandon banks and credit unions, until finally we finally made it to Coos Bay Wells Fargo making it a perfect trip! This experience made us grateful and know that Wells Fargo truly hires only the best!!! Thank you so much!"
