"I was advised incorrectly. When your spouse passes, DO NOT CLOSE YOUR ACCOUT with their name on it for at least 6mths to 1 year. That way if something comes in with their name on it, you can't cash it, but you can deposit it, and then draw out some cash later."

"I’ve been in line for 28 minutes and the teller Natalie just went to lunch with 11 customers waiting in line. If I could I would take a picture of customers in line. But I don’t think they would appreciate it. Mind blowing. This bank has slow and rude teller. If you can avoid this bank I highly recommend find a different bank."

"Convenient location right off Chetco Ave, in town. No drive up teller, you have to go in if you have a question or need any assistance. Nice and spacious inside, however the line and wait time can be long. Service is neutral, not too friendly but not too bad either. Opening accounts can be long and complicated, especially if you have a Trust. For a small, community credit union my expectations were a bit higher then what I have experienced. I would give them 3 and a 1/2 star."
