"Come here every July 4 recently, when they have fireworks. None last year due to the pandemic. This year fireworks were scheduled for 10pm at the high school. We arrived at about 7pm, got a really good spot by the fence in the school parking lot, although anywhere in that parking lot would be a good spot. We waited comfortably in our car for the fireworks to begin. Then I got my walker out and sat outside the car to watch the fireworks. My son stayed in the car watching thru the window. The fireworks are well worth it. A full half hour of spectacular fireworks. Fantastic! A traffic jam when leaving was expected, but my son knew the side streets to take to get around it. A lovely night. If you are disabled this is the way to go, you can stay in the comfort of your car, and don't have to carry your chair or walk very far, which is why we started coming here."

"It was nice to see the kids finally play baseball. But because the gravel parking lot was full, It was frustrating to see people drive down the sidewalk to get a closer parking spot by the bleachers instead of parking at the school parking lot and walking over. Lots of kids running around and it was unsafe."
