"My PT Gregg Palzer was a tremendous help for me.He is very knowledgeable in his diagnosis of my problems and efficient . He was very patient and not pushy, he help me with my ongoing shoulder,back and right knee issues. My session consisted of stretching and exercises with weight and bands which helped with the pain and decreased range or motion issues . All around great experience. The specific exercises and stretches used to treat my pain really helped, and his good with people you can trust him with your kids too."
